kay so my mom downloaded Yahoo!Messenger, but it wouldn't permit her intend onto Google.ca/.com and so she deleted it. But it ease won't permit us go on Google and today hour of the pictures alluviation on some website eliminate see engines… I same Google meliorate than character and I'm frustrated, how do I intend it to work?

sounds like your security settings were set… go onto control panel, intenet settings and reset your security. if that doesnt work try running the web browser in safe mode. this should disable any addons. if google works fine then try resetting the whole browser by reinstalling or resetting it in internet options section
