Before you write yourself a web page, you might wanna try putting some punctuations into your texts. Not to sound rude or anything but reading without any punctuation or any capital letter at all is very, very tiring and confusing for most readers.
That being said, creating a website for yourself is easy. Depending on your needs and your ability/skills, there are a few ways to do it.
One way is you can simply blog. Simply create an account here, http://www.blogger.com or any other blogging sites. There are sites that would let you host blogs freely. In these sites, you can type whatever you want, without even the slightest bit of knowledge in html. It's basically very similar to typing in Microsoft Word.
If you are willing to learn, you can try to learn how html works. html is a type of coding that is used to code the webpages so that it can be read by the browsers. Once you understand how html works and built your own website, there are two choices for you. You can buy a domain at sites like GoDaddy.com, or you can host your website freely at geocities or somewhere else.
Once again, once your website is created, remember one thing. Punctuation is very important!
